Nokia N8 Complain - No response from Nokia



Hello

What the hell is going on in your company?
Nokia is the worst company in the world.
I have never ever seen such kind of unprofessional behaviour from any MNC.
I do not know that how many mails, how many follow-ups will it take so that you will contact me once.
You can see the trail of mails i have written to your customer care.

For all the mails, I get the same reply from your robotic people that someday in my life i will get a call from the backend team.
I believe the backend team is on Mars, that is why it is taking so long for them to contact me.
But I am still hopeful and I keep my fingers crossed.

Its been more than one month, I have given the handset to nokia service center, and I can't understand that why haven't anybody from backend team has contacted me or nokia service center regarding the problem.

Yesterday, I went to nokia care for enquiring about my handest. My problem was only of battery backup, but now nokia care has introduced many new problems like, hard buttons not working, camera not working, no network in the mobile, cannot charge the battery.
Not only that they have even they have broken my mobile. I have attached the picture. There are many scratches on the mobile. I believe that they were playing football with my mobile and that is why it fell down and has broken and that is why new problems have arose.

Now they are asking me to pay for repairing the mobile - Rs. 6360 for sending the mobile to nokia factory.
I said, why should i pay for problems which you have introduced.
I said, I want my mobile in the same condition as I gave it to you. But the manager, Mr. Mahesh told that even god cannot bring the mobile in that condition and they are not responsible for anything.
I believe it was my mistake that i gave my mobile to your service center. The manager MR. MAHESH told that I can do what ever I like.

I have waited for too long and enough of you testing my patience.
If I do not get any reply from your team by end of today (06/12/2013), i will be filing a case in consumer court against your company and nokia care tomorrow.
I will even write my reviews on social networking sites, blogs, newspapers and I will contact news channels for showing what kind of service nokia is providing.
I have even contacted a show called PAHEREDAR on ZEE Business, about the same problem, and they have told me that they will show my problem on TV on 28th december.

Do the needful at the earliest.

I are shocked with the services of Nokia team.
What is this. How many time should I write emails and make call to your company .
Still no body has contacted us from the Back end department.
What the hell is going on??

Are you people have any idea that how much I am been harassed by you all.
From past 1 month my mobile is with your Nokia care and no body is taking interest for the same.

Why are you testing my patience.

What is happening??????

It's been almost 14 days, I have submitted by mobile. And still I have not received it.

And every day the nokia care in Udaipur, is telling that a new problem has rose.

I was facing a problem of battery backup, but now they are telling me that mobile is not showing any network.

They are telling that they need to send the mobile to nokia factory and are asking me to pay the charges.

Why should I pay the charges, they are responsible for bringing my mobile in that condition.

They have been experimenting with my mobile. Firstly they told me to change the battery. I bought a new battery from them, even then my problem was not solved.

The battery is still under warranty. Then, they told that they will check the handset and then tell me that what is happening, they checked and said that there is some shorting problem, after experimenting with this problem, they told that there is some liquid inside the handset, after that another new problem i.e. no network in the mobile. I mean what is going on with my handset? Are they playing with it?

And what kind of support nokia is providing. This is the slowest and most irresponsive behavior I have seen from a MNC.

Are you a computer program, which responds with the same text, whenever I mail you. I think you don't even read the mail.

You just copy and paste the same thing again and again and again.

Every time I get the same text that your backend team will contact me. When on this earth, they are going to contact me?

Is your backend team sleeping? What kind of people Nokia has appointed?



Don't know why I bought a nokia handset? I should have bought a Samsung or Sony handset.

Their TAT for any kind of service request is 24 hours. And yours, even after 15 days, your backend team have not even contacted the local service center to find out what is the actual problem. They are still trying to contact me. Am I on some another planet that you are unable to contact me even after 15 days?

What kind of unprofessional behavior is this?



Earlier, I used to think that nokia sales have gone down just because of Samsung's Android Phones.

But now, I believe that this is due to the kind of after sales service you provide.

I believe that nokia is no more interested in providing any services. Nokia does not want any more customers, I believe that they are trying to shutdown their company. That is why nokia stands 7th in terms sales in India, which was once No.1 in India. You can’t even beat micromax, which is an Indian manufacturer and was established only 2-3 years ago.



And let me tell you one thing, I am not going to pay even single penny to your company and now I am not going to accept this handset. I need a new replacement. I had a simple problem of battery backup and now, thanks to your nokia care Udaipur, now my handset has hell lot of problems.



This is my worst experience with your company.



Namita, don't reply with the same message for god sake. I won't be able to handle it any more.

What is this??
Each time you say the same thing, that the complaint has been forwarded to backend team.

But the backend time has not contacted us yet.
Please provide the backend team head numbers or tell them on priority basis they should contact me.

Its very difficult to wait now.

As you said on phone that I should wait.
So still I am waiting ,and no body has contacted me, neither I have got any call from the local Rama telecom people, regarding the status of my mobile.

Now I think the position is clear that Nokia is not interested in customer complaint , so I thing I can take an action.

What do you suggest ??

Dear Ms. Namita,

I am very-very upset with nokia service, from 6th nov 2013, I am fighting to solve the problems related to my Nokia N8. But it is very shameful that Nokia is not taking any action against the same. Even till today the Local service center "Rama Telecom" in my city Udaipur, has not been informed by your company regarding my handset problem (which I have emailed you earlier).
I am really upset, That I am a very old customer of Nokia and have been using different handsets from past many years and I have not found any problem using other nokia handset but this time Nokia N8 has troubled me a lot from the date of purchase.

I have given a complaint also by filling your online complaint form and I have got calls two times and each time your people have heard my problem and then they said 24 hours it will take, our next representative will contact you and till now no solution has been given.

What should I do??????

We have a mentality that "More expensive the handset is , more problem free is the Handset and more good after sales services by the company".
But I think this is becoming wrong now.

I have been in touch with Nokia Service center (Rama Telecom) from from 6th nov 2013 and now every day they are saying a new problem in my handset. One day they said there is shorting problem, another day they said the software is not working properly, another day they said the mobile is not switching ON and another day they are saying there is some liquid in the mobile and now they are saying there is no network now. Now they are saying 2-3 days it will more take from now.

Oh my God!!!

So if this is the situation now, then what will happen when I will get the handset back and who knows how many new problems will arise in future and how much I will be disturbed. I am very disturbed from this and my business is getting affected by this.

So, Its enough of I have waited now, I Need a full Replacement of My Handset .

Otherwise a proper legal action will be taken for the same by My company.
Waiting for the earliest reply.

I purchased Nokia N8 in 2011. Ever since I purchased, I have faced a lot of problems regarding battery and network. I have made many complaints regarding the same to nokia care. Many times I gave it for repairing but the same problem still persists.
The first time I gave my handset for repairing was just after 10-15 days of purchasing the Handset. The battery was not giving proper backup. I had to charge 2-3 times a day. I gave it to nokia care and it was found that the battery was faulty. It was replaced.
Then, after that I faced network problem. I went to nokia care for this issue they told me that this a carrier issue, we cannot do anything in this. Then I called up my carrier to solve the problem but they told me they cannot do anything about it because all other mobiles are catching the network without any problem. I again went to nokia care for the same issue. They told me that they will format my mobile so that I will not face network issue again. They charged me Rs 250 for this. But even after formatting, the problem still persisted. So again I went to them and they again did the same thing and charged Rs. 250 again. But even today I face the same problem.

I was fed up with the battery problem. So, a few months ago, I went to nokia care to again get the handset checked as battery backup was not proper. They checked and told me that I need to buy a new battery and then my problem will be solved. On their suggestion, I asked them to change the battery. I bought it for Rs. 1500 from nokia care in the month of July 2013. Then also my problem was not solved. After using the handset for 2-3 days, I told them that the battery is still not giving proper backup, they again gave the same solution of formatting my mobile for a charge of Rs. 250. I said them ok, but the problem should be solved. They told that you will not face this problem again. But even then the problem still occurred. The manager at nokia care told me that He will exchange his handset battery with mine to see that whether the problem is in the battery or in the handset. He used my battery for 2-3 days, but there was no solution to the problem.
Today on 6th november, 2013, I again went to nokia care to get my handset checked again for the same issues. The person from whom I bought the battery had left nokia care, so I had to tell the new people the complete story. The checked my mobile. They told that my handset has never been opened for checking earlier. This is the first time it was opened. They told that battery is working fine but there is problem of shorting in the components. Again they are asking me to pay around Rs. 1000 for repairing the issue. I have completely got fed up of this. I can't take it anymore. They asked me to submit my handset for checking for a day or two. I gave them my handset. But this time i am not going to pay even a single penny for repairing. Because changing the battery was suggested by them. It was not my decision. I believe that they are experimenting with my handset. First they told me to change the battery now they are telling me to change the components. Might be in the future they may ask me to change any other components too. I do not want to use this handset anymore. I need a replacement. I need a permanent solution to this problem. It was my mistake that I bought nokia N8. I should have bought a samsung or sony handset. This handset has made my life hell.
I need an urgent reply. The handset is still at nokia care. I need an urgent solution. You can check your records using my IMEI numebr. I won't accept my handset untill I get a reply from you. Otherwise, I will take strict action against it.
